We’ve discussed and agreed the broad terms of the treasure hunt and sent them to Peter Drury – organiser of the Hayling Billy 50 celebrations – to see if the HB50 team has any issues and find out what scope there is to collaborate on – for example – publicity.

Next steps are to:
- Meet with Peter and start coordinating with the HB50 team
- Make contacts with others that need to be involved
- Start pulling together the material we need
